Our packages start from ₹1,899/sqft (Essential) and go up to ₹3,199/sqft (Royale). All prices are all-inclusive with no hidden charges. The rate depends on the package, city, and specifications chosen.

A single-floor home typically takes 5–7 months. Each additional floor adds approximately 1.5–2 months. Complex villas or large commercial projects may take 12–18 months. We provide a fixed timeline in the contract.

Our ESCROW model holds your construction payments in a secure third-party account. Funds are released to contractors only after you approve each completed milestone via our app. This ensures your money is 100% safe at all times.

Absolutely. We offer completely custom architectural design, 2D/3D floor plans, Vastu-compliant layouts, and material selection. Our designers work closely with you until the design matches your vision perfectly.

Yes. We handle BBMP/BDA plan approvals, BESCOM connections, BWSSB connections, and all necessary government approvals as part of our service. Our team has extensive experience navigating local regulations in all 6 cities.

Our structural warranty covers foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and load-bearing walls for 10 full years from the date of handover. For interior and finishing work, we provide a 1-year warranty. All terms are documented in the agreement.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for delays. Our contract includes penalty clauses that compensate you for any delays caused by our team. Real-time monitoring ensures issues are caught early and resolved proactively.
