IRAA Constructions was founded in 2009 by Arjun Iyer with a simple but powerful vision: to bring predictability, transparency, and quality to India's construction industry.

What started as a 5-person team in Bangalore has grown into a 200+ member strong organization operating across 6 major Indian cities, having delivered over 1,500 residential and commercial projects worth ₹800+ crores.

Our technology-driven approach — from real-time project tracking apps to ESCROW-based payment systems — has fundamentally changed how Indians build their homes.
